Every member of our team uses an enterprise password manager to store and share credentials for all connected client accounts. Passwords are never shared over email, chat, or spreadsheets, and access is removed immediately when a team member leaves or changes roles.
Every GenAccs employee goes through a thorough screening process before joining, including identity verification, education and employment checks, and a criminal record check. All team members also sign confidentiality agreements
We have built our security program around the SOC 2 framework's Trust Services Criteria for security and confidentiality, and we are working toward our independent SOC 2 audit. Certification is coming soon.
